Privacy policy

This policy explains how Baby Art Studio handles account data, baby-photo uploads, generated portraits, purchases, referrals, support requests, and privacy preferences across the product.

It is written to be readable first, while still covering the practical legal and operational details.

At a glance

Private by design

We treat baby photos, account access, and gallery data as sensitive family information.

Optional choices stay optional

Marketing and analytics consents can be reviewed and changed inside the Privacy Center.

Support is part of privacy

Users can contact us about billing, account, privacy, and deletion questions through clear support paths.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Baby Art Studio collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, sign in with OTP, upload photos, generate portraits, buy credits, save items to your gallery, contact support, or interact with account and privacy controls.

It is written for a family-focused product. That means we try to be direct about what we collect, why we need it, and what choices you have inside the app.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the product, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and contact data: mobile number used for OTP sign-in, profile name, and any support details you submit through our contact forms or privacy requests.
  • Baby profile and content data: baby names, date of birth, selected profile fields, uploaded baby photos, generated portraits, gallery items, favorites, and download activity tied to your account.
  • Transaction and referral data: wallet balance, credit purchases, referral codes, referral rewards, ledger entries, and order or payment references required to operate the paid parts of the service.
  • Technical and usage data: browser and device signals, approximate IP-based logs, request timestamps, session and security diagnostics, and in-app activity needed to keep the product stable and secure.
  • Optional consent data: your choices for optional marketing communication and optional analytics, plus the time those preferences were last updated.

3. How we use information

  • Authenticate your account through OTP-based sign-in and protect access to your gallery and settings.
  • Process uploads, create AI portraits, save gallery items, and provide downloads and notifications.
  • Operate wallet, credit, referral, and payment flows, including purchase verification and fraud checks.
  • Respond to support, privacy, billing, or account questions submitted through the site or app.
  • Improve reliability, investigate bugs, and understand which flows need refinement.
  • Comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, and protect families, the platform, and our providers.
  • Send optional marketing or analytics events only where you have enabled those choices or where lawful.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with trusted providers that help us run the service, such as authentication providers, cloud storage and infrastructure providers, AI generation providers, payment processors, email and support tools, analytics tools you have consented to, and security or anti-fraud vendors.

In the current product stack, that may include providers used for OTP authentication, cloud media storage, payment processing, contact email delivery, and portrait generation infrastructure. We also may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or business reorganization.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate your account, maintain your gallery, deliver paid features, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.

If you close your account through the Privacy Center, we permanently disable your access and anonymise or redact parts of the profile where our systems are built to do so. Some limited records may still be kept in aggregated, security, tax, payment, or fraud-prevention form where required or reasonably necessary.

6. Your choices and controls

You can manage privacy and account choices in a few ways:

  • Signed-in users can review optional analytics and marketing consent in the Privacy Center.
  • You can close your account using the in-app privacy flow, which is intentionally explicit and final.
  • You can contact us to ask about support, billing, or privacy issues.
  • You can continue using core account features even if you turn off optional analytics or optional marketing preferences.

7. Children, authority, and security

Baby Art Studio is built for parents, guardians, and family decision-makers. You should upload a child's photo only if you have the right and authority to do so.

We use layered safeguards such as OTP sign-in, controlled account access, and secure upload and storage flows. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we design with child-photo sensitivity in mind and aim to minimize unnecessary data exposure.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, legal requirements, or family-facing features evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and publish the revised policy on this page.

If you have a question about privacy, support, or your account, please use our Contact page or email info.babyartstudio@gmail.com.
